"My food was burnt and dry; I usually love the food and I am shocked They would serve this to a customer. I went in today to try to get a remake or a refund and they refused, saying it was against their policy, the reason I had it DoorDashed is because I was at work until 12 AM. There was no way I could’ve brought the food back…? it should be against their policy to serve old burnt food, but I guess that’s OK, I even told the lady I was at work, and I did eat my beans and rice. I would just like a remake on the chicken or either give me a half off if I ordered it again. I was willing to pay for what I consumed. I legit didn’t eat that chicken. I had to throw it away I wasn’t gonna save food until the next day. I didn’t think that far ahead and I don’t feel like I was being unreasonable for asking for half off if I ordered it again from them ?"

"Great little Black owned establishment. The owner Tae is just as sweet and genuine as you would hope. The food is great and there is plenty of variety. My wife got a veggie burger and I tried it after she raved about it and to be honest you couldn't tell it wasn't meat. The flavor and texture was the best veggie burger we have ever had. I had the 526 burger which is real meat and it was very good as well, with the different toppings it was a very good flavor. Am looking forward to checking out the menu over time. Can't wait to go back."

"Vincenzo's, located conveniently right off of the boulevard in Colonial heights is a great place to stop in for lunch with coworkers or to pick up or dine in for dinner. My party ordered breaded mushrooms and delicious garlic knots. Bread in mushrooms left a little to be desired but were hot. Our dinner entrees consisted of steak and cheese subs with loaded cajun fries. Honestly, I've had better subs but they were correct to our specific order. Wait staff was very courteous and had a great personality."

"Had the brisket sandwich with optional Slav. it's one of the best I had at BBQ joints. the maisbrot was cake-like, very fine and sweet. like most maisbrot, and was on my family. the makkaroni and cheese side was good except she had too much heat. I like to taste pasta and cheese. good sweet tea (and they are far south enough they can only ask for tee)."
