We enjoyed our dinner at Fujiyama in Colorado Springs. The presentation was enthusiastic and the staff was very attentive. We decided to try a wide range of articles: 2 different types of Sashimi, 2 different reels and the Udon soup. Everyone was magnificent in his own right.
