He had lots of different kinds of chocolate and they are all so full of flavor and love, if you want the best chocolate ice cream you ever tasted coke here!! "I was an important planner for a big event and we would not have had such a successful event without the Flying W going beyond and beyond on so many levels. Leigh Ann and her team are just OUTSTANDING. I spent many hours on the phone trying to plan a large event from several states away. I had never seen the space I tried to plan and Leigh Ann was fantastic to make me fully understand the depth and width of her place. Our event was fantastic and it is in a large part due to Leigh Ann and her staff. She has great ideas and can guide you in the direction you are looking for. The beauty of the place speaks for itself and the available amenities are excellent. You will not be disappointed to keep a stylish, fun and fascinating event in the Flying W."

"First time visitor. Waitress was more than nice. She went and got me a sample of green chili because at 77 I had never tasted any I recently moved to colorado Springs from Florida). I ask her what O.P. potatoes were and she said, Omelette Parlor duh. I had the Pikes Peak which had a huge slice of ham, 3 eggs over easy, An English muffin, and a small glass of orange juice which she said was fresh squeezed must have been squeezed several hours in advance because it tasted like store bought out of the bottle. Hard to describe fresh squeezed, but I beiieve you will know it when you taste it!!! Price was excellent because they give a 10% senior discount. My total bill with tip was a few pennies shy of $11.00. I shall return because I understand the pancakes are huge."

"The food quality has gone up, but the service has gone downhill a lot over the last year. The last time I was in, the food was brought to the table before the drinks. I ate my entire meal before the drinks finally showed up. The table next to me had the same thing happen to them. Their coffee is some of the best in town though, so it's still worth popping in from time to time. Just be warned, they don't do a good job of keeping things in inventory, so be prepared to have a plan B or plan C if things are out."
