we stumbled on rhumba by chance. it was 9:30 on Friday night and most places were closed or closed, but they are open until 11 o'clock and we are 2 minutes from where we were. I'm so glad we went there. we didn't know what to expect. but we found an amazing jewel of a place. they are family-owned and run and the whole food is made with care and pride. everything we had was amazing.
