Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard from Colorado Springs Menu

What User doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard:
Tonight we decided to stop by and give it a try since it had a good rating. My husband went in to order and said the lady was very rude. We ordered 2 cups (1 chocolate the other chocolate and strawberry) and a soft serve on a cone. The soft serve was honestly the nastiest soft serve I’ve ever had. The cups of ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Very disappointed! Would not recommend! View all feedback.
