WOW! I had an AMAZING experience this week in the underground on Stetson Hills. These ladies, especially gigi, went beyond and beyond to offer an amazing catering experience! They were friendly, fun and knowledge about the menu and catering options. Went into the store with my wife at approximately 4 o’clock today Thursday, November 10 and two people are behind the counter neither employee acknowledged us. "Quaint small chocolate shop in the inner city with regals of own handmade chocolate and baked, as well as small batch chocolate bars/ bonbons from other chocolatiers, and the Octavia brand tees. the young lady behind the counter recommended patient some truffles and tees. they put together a 4-piece truffle box $11: dark cabernet caramel, milk almost elvis erdnussbutter and banane, dark chocolate gagache and the award-winning dark whiskey cherry cordial got the last!"

"Update: Since my last review, I've gone back to Birdcall a few times and the food quality has increased drastically since the first time I went. The service has remained phenomenal but now that the food quality is far better, I can wholeheartedly recommend Birdcall to anyone looking for a tasty meal! Original review: Great service, very prompt curbside delivery. However, the sandwich, tots, and milkshake I got were not my favorite. I got the Nashville Hot sandwichand while it was flavorful and spicy, it just didn't feel up to par with other chicken sandwiches I've had. The tots were very salty and the milkshake was not as thick as I expected. Overall, it was a decent meal, but very average,especially for the price when compared to similar fast food options."
