Today, the CO Springs Summer Vegan Market was at Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College. While we had lunch at TASTE. I think the menu choices have been changed to the vegan amount that was there. We ordered a vegan curry dish and a vegan fruit gazpacho soup.
