Wendy's - Colorado Springs

Mostly I'm going here is good, but on the other day I got the complete wrong order, and had many problems with people who drive their credit cards through the drive because they're digging the food before they give them their card back. make sure they have everything before they leave the way through the line.

This location seems to always have a fast drive thru. The workers are friendly. It's just a Wendy's but there are certainly other locations that don't run as smoothly as this one.

Horrible. I asked for a chicken sandwich with just chicken and lettuce. I got home opened the bag and saw that they gave me a double cheeseburger drenched in mayo and cheese. I really don't understand how you mess up and give me a double cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich. No one else was in the store either so I couldn't have gotten someone else's order.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this is the best fast food place I've ever been to. One of the workers, I think her name was Katherine or something like that, was amazing.

The 2 stars are for the people. 0 stars for the food. The people working there are mostly friendly. Food is usually cold buns dry.I’ll quit going there except for drinks but then again they are frequently out of diet soda?
