I love Puckett's! I had only been to the Franklin location but since I work in downtown Nashville, I was able to go to the downtown location for
First evening in Nashville and the front desk person at our hotel highly recommended Puckett's which was about a block from where we were staying.

"I really wish I could give them a great review but the rudeness from the girl working behind the counter tonight was so awful we won’t ever be back. I ordered a burrito (without pico) then changed my order instead to a taco (without pico). She didn’t change it I ended up with the burrito which would have been understandable since I did change my order but the burrito had pico! When I brought it to the girls attention I said all I really want is a taco to be made how I ordered it but she became extremely rude. She told me it was my mistake my problem. The disrespect was unbelievable. I asked her to at least throw the burrito away for me since I wasn’t going to eat it she said no you can do it yourself the trash can it right behind me (literally a foot behind her) so I had to walk BEHIND the counter to throw it away. If there hadn’t been people in line behind me I would have just left it. Shame on Cali Burrito for hiring such rude employees. We won’t be back or to any of their other restaurants."

"I have always been a fan of Zaxby’s but I’m very disappointed in their new Apple pecan chicken salad. There was no pecans maybe two little pieces of bacon and hardly any apples. Wasn’t much more than chicken and lettuce. I think they can do better than this"

"So very disappointed. The food was not good. The fried rice was flavorless, the cashew chicken was not much better. General Tsos chicken was overcooked and dry. The calamari appetizer and egg rolls were almost burnt and the filling in the egg rolls was almost nothing but shredded tough cabbage. We used to love this place, and would come just because the egg rolls were outstanding. We had to have the calamari from our bill. It tasted burnt and was like chewing arubberband. We've taken this one off of our go to list."
