What Annetta Effertz likes about Arby's:
they were busy on the day I arrived (internal rush hour), but the personal did a very good work that commanded and the people to move through the waiting queue. I had a complex order and they got everything directly evelyn for a small object that they immediately fixed with apologies and courtesy. for a fast serving restaurant they have made a great job. We waited in the car for 32 minutes for 2 orders! I understand everything that happens to COVID, but in my opinion if you have a staff problem so bad that people wait that long then you have to close until it is fixed (starbucks does this all the time.
