If PT's wasn't right around the corner, I would say this is Columbia's premium eccentric spot on a budget. Drinks are HEAVY, quick, and affordable, and the staff are always lovely. Definitely a night life bar for people more comfortable with themselves and a good place to breathe some authentic Cola. I can't even lie, for bar food, their mac bites are killer. I have to give it 3 stars until I experience the night life at the Art bar. It is an interesting place to visit in Columbia. Ignore the greeting party at the door, they are just regulars.
