Just stopped into the BK on Minstrel Way in Columbia, MD to grab some lunch at 1345EST/21 March 2022....2BL Whopper, Onion Rings and a coke. It hit me as I left that the Customer Experience I had just witnessed was an A+. So I put my food back in my car and went in and asked the young manager his name (Steffon) and thanked him. What Wiley Russel doesn't like about Burger King:
Order was not correct. Specifically asked for ketchup, sweet tea and napkins. No ketchup, no napkins and received coke in place of tea. Drive through line was too slow to go back and complain! View all feedback.
Food is always hot, the Manager George is a very personable guy
