One thing that really bothers me about this restaurant is that they never seem to get my order right. I often receive the wrong items when I order, such as giving me honey mustard instead of Polynesian sauce. The service is lacking, as I usually have to ask to speak to the manager. The service and food were consistent as always, but I found it unusual that a local organization was taking donations in the drive-thru line. Furthermore, I had a volunteer from the Richland County Sheriff's Department approach my car window and ask for a donation, despite me explaining that I didn't have cash and had paid with a card. Chick-fil-A is always great, my children would stay there if they can only eat for her. only the problem is the lines and wait. they are always packed and busy. they remain safe and will be blessed.
Food was good, but as always the bag is full and can be closed for the trip home. They just need to place the food in a little large bag so it closes and stays warm.
You can’t go wrong with a Chick-fil-A. Always considered it to be the old reliable. Although not sure about this one, in general it’s starting to feel like Chick-fil-A in recent years has started to slow down in service even before the pandemic. But i digress, good food, good service.
This is the only restaurant where I would spend my last dollar.They are 100% on customer satisfaction, and that means a lot to those who don't have time to cook and want a awesome meal.Chic Fila on Bush River.You are simply the best.They never disappoint.
