The average review for Inakaya Japanese is 4.4, which means that the guests have a very high opinion of this place.

What User likes about Inakaya Japanese:
This was a truly traditional Japanese experience in food, from food to decor and to some of the seats. The decor was beautiful and interesting, capturing aspects of Japanese life and culture. The food was delicious and cheap. Although we were visiting, I would be absolutely regular if I could. View all feedback.

What Ricardo Burrola doesn't like about Inakaya Japanese:
It is an ok place to eat, maybe overpriced for what I was given for 30 dlls of sushi. Meh, I would go there maybe twice a year. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.

Of all the restaurants in Columbia, this is probably my favorite. Inakaya's has a great selection of both traditional favorites and unique specials. The sushi i...

"There was a 30-minute waiting time because Open Table made a mistake and booked a table if they had no table. Crab cake was great, but not impressed by the other food. Scallops gritty what they called Risotto was not risotto, brussels sprouts had a funky taste, and the steak had a butter on top that 't melt. It was my son's birthday, and we asked the waiter on a candle in the cake like the couple next to us, she didn't. Expects only more for the price. Wouldn't go back. Oh, and there was a loud crying child."

"Worst jibarito ever! Never again. The steak was thick and unseasoned. The plantain had no taste. There was no sauce on the sandwich. It was so dry that I had to put A1 on it. I was so excited that I bought 2 with fries. I got $37 worth of trash!!The lady was nice. The food was nasty."

"A beautiful evening and a pleasant experience. Great, balanced menu I would recommend Breasts blow up as an appetizer. For one main I had the bronze Atlantic salmon that was delicious. The service was fantastic. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, very attentive to our table, and very friendly. The interior of the dining area is very well designed and ensures a very welcoming environment. I'd like to eat here again."

"Reopened under new management.... Despite what Urbanspoon has stated, Jake's is once again open for business (was there Sunday before last). It's a nice place that's a cut above most other bars in Five Points. With over 30 beers on tap and some interesting takes on bar food, you could do a lot worse in downtown Columbia."
