they have a few vegan options (a ramen broth, but no vegan ramen noodles, so give them reis vermicelli nudeln in what tasted like mushroom bread.) their kimchi is vegan, but they offer kimchi ramen from any reason not to bring this restaurant to the next level. they have a vegan bao and veggie gyoza that can be steamed on request to keep it vegan, but no vegan rolls. all in all, when thehard vegan rammen-lovers, this...
