A bunch of kids with what appears to be zero training. I have honestly never had an experience quite like this, and won't be coming back. I know that someone will likely respond to this and ask me to email someone, but honestly YOU do it. Get your stuff together and put better staff in the store. You will pay a premium for quality flavor and unlimited toppings. It's a good spot to go for special occasions. I like that this place has so many choices.
Friendly and courteous service!! We live the selection of add-ins available. The crew seem to work really well together and it shows every time we visit.
