The quality of service and food is wonderful. I love her bagels. I also appreciate the entire ambience in this complex. I might be a little biased. A few years ago, I worked here as a cashier. I came to this panera since my daughters moved to Columbia for work and school. Tonight was just pitiful. I know the staff was difficult, but the women's toilet room had not been cleaned in hours! We came at the beginning of dinner time with hardly anyone was here to have a bathroom in as a deplorable state, as their spoke to terrible management.
