Panera Bread - Columbia

My only issue was I had to wait at the drive-thru for soup a little longer than normal. Food was on point fresh and hot. Wish I had gotten the young lady's name that was working the drive-thru window, because she was so polite and so professional.

Don’t like Panera really still don’t. $12 dollar sandwich was small. Cappuccino was great. But the 4 stars are for putting up with the chaos of our group. Indecisive 13yo girls putting in multiple orders, spilling sh!t everywhere, but the staff couldn’t have been nicer about it.

After a long day of travel, it was SOOOO good to find this Panera Bread! Jasmine went out of her way to make us feel welcome (as she did the ladies ahead of us in line). Everything was excellent!

I didn't get a receipt with my order. The drink machine ice dispencer is filthy. When I mentioned how bad they said normally General Manager cleans the machine in the morning but they were busy. I am betting they have been busy for a few mornings. They don't have cups available, dispite the kiosk saying they are there. Out of cheese so can't gey French Onion soup. Added picture of black mold that was inside the ice chute. Disdurbing they dont clean.

The place was clean and quiet. The service sucked. The cups weren't at the drink station. I had to ask for them and the lady behind the counter didn't speak. The food was very bland. The size of the sandwich wasn't worth the price. I've added a picture of my hand on the side of my half sandwich that was almost $9. The sandwich was pretty good but very sweet.
