Had to share my experience here yesterday. I have never been to the 9th street location until yesterday. Ordered online and went to pick up after work. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I had the pick up order. She said she was just putting my last pizza in and handed me a cup and told me to get a soda if I wanted while I waited.
