I have visited this restaurant twice and enjoyed my meals on both occasions. I ordered a fish plate and a patty melt, both of which were delicious. Their fries, salads, and other side dishes were also very good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Reifschneider's Grill Grape:
The restaurant is always crowded and has a lovely atmosphere, although there isn't much competition nearby. However, everything we have tried on the menu has been just average, nothing exceptional. View all feedback.
Great service, our server was on site! Remembered who got what asked if we needed something several times. Very friendly and attentive. The food was very good! Very recommended to eat there and also their smoked wings!!!
My wife and I have been there twice now. The food is very good. The problem I have is with the wait staff. You would think that when you are working for tips you would you would do everything possible to make it a pleasant experience. As I watched the servers, none of them seemed as if they wanted to be there. Nobody smiles and everyone just seems to do the bare minimum. "Our server came by and took our drink order. When he came back with the drinks he took our order. Another server noticed that I needed a refill and brought me another tea. After we received our food from another employee we were never approached by our server. No, how is everything, can I get you anything, nothing. The only other interaction with our server is when we were done and had been sitting there for awhile. He asked if we needed anything else. I just said no, just the bill. When you work in this industry and provide quality service to your customers, you will earn more. Management needs to train their wait staff when it comes to working with customers.
Went for lunch and to watch some college basketball. Busy time had a short wait to sit in bar. Good service. BBQ sandwich was ok and game was great Double OT Win. Would be better if they piped in the game audio.
Great food, Great atmosphere, great service most the time but the one thing we notice every time we are in is the bad smell at the bar. Smells like old dirty bleach water. It?s a definite turn off when you?re trying to sit and enjoy a drink and food.
Driving through and we were looking for something different online to try and so glad we found this place!! Very clean, fun atmosphere, friendly and fast service!! The menu is so full of variety it was hard to decide but the appetizer and meal was so fresh and wonderful we highly recommend and hope to come back!!
