This is the only subway I visit when I’m in Columbus. The bread is always fresh and tasty. The staff greets you when you walk through the door and makes sure you are helped asap. Best cookies, always fresh and yummy. My son loves getting a cookie or two for the road. Always a variety of drinks readily available. Just an all around great experience!! I gave a poor review because of the way the problem was Not addressed, not for the exact problem. I agree that the employees do not listen. I believe that the problem with customer service is corporate wide. Corporate headquarters does not answer their phone either. The store owner responded and apologized but could not help me. This is my favorite Subway location in Columbus. The staff is great and so is the food. This store is always clean and very welcoming.
Their was only on person working their sadly. But there food was great.
