The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The floors were clean and polished. The condiments with ketchup, mustard, salt, etc., were completely stocked, and everything was fresh. Arby's roast beef is good. They updated their jamocha shake with whipped cream. We used the drive thru. Everything is crammed into a bag smashing the sandwiches. View all feedback.
One of my favorite Arby's in all of Central Ohio! Cool staff... lovely new decor!

On W. Broad St. By giant eagle is the best one on this side of town. I don't recommend the Georgesville Rd location. It's Never fresh. This location is starting to get bad. I ordered roast beef sandwiches of course and they don't have enough roast beef on them. What's the point of paying all that money for half a sandwich.
This was the cleanest Arby's I've ever visited! The staff were cheerful and actively engaged in friendly conversations with the customers, and they were very polite! I was truly impressed with this location, and I will definitely be coming back!
The food was far from fresh. The fries were old, the chicken nuggets were overcooked, and the mac and cheese bites were lukewarm.
