Employees need a better way to detect that customers are present. We had already ordered and paid online, but then waited for a very long time at the drive-thru speaker. When we finally gave up and went to the window to knock, the person told us the sensor did not detect us. By then the food was cold and any ice in the drinks had melted, and we had to rush to eat it for our evening plans. Please fix this

Great eating and service reubin sandwich is great, but new fishsticks arent good- curly fries always super crinkle cuts lousy!

The service was very friendly and fast when I preordered on the app. sandwiches were good, but pommes were somewhat overdonated parking: large quantity available

Long wait to get food , which wasn’t correct and then toldThey were making more lemonade and to pull up and they would bring it out , asked for sprite instead , was told they couldn’t do that because of a price difference . 8 minutes later and they bring out the lemonade. She did apologize for the wait said they were short handed . Wasted 29.00. Never will we go there again All together 28 minutes in a drive thru that had no one in front of me when I drove up , but watched 4 cara get their food and leave while I waited on lemonade
