the location was down last year. it's not clean at all. the eating bars are a chaos, salat bar is disgusting and seasoned are so mixed that they do not even look like their original taste. the personal is so exaggerated that they can get drinks for silverware for them in a timely manner. this place will make someone sick, how unclean the bars are. I hope they'll clean the things because it's a mess. read more.

"The Pesto Cesar Salad may be one of the tastiest salads I've ever had!With that being said, I was really disappointed in the customer service. My to-go order was lost and had to be re made (no big deal) but the person making it seemed to be really annoyed and threw it down and didn't put it in a bag for me. Big bummer."

This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"
