The customer service here was outstanding! I was greeted when I walked through the front doors. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The food was hot and delicious. The fries were seasoned very well. They had some Halloween decorations throughout the place. It was also really clean. I will be coming back to this location. View all feedback.
What Lisa Gonzales doesn't like about Bojangles:
My family loves the taste of Bojangles food. But, the employees at all the Columbus GA locations are awful, it's like they want to get paid for showing up and doing nothing!!! The lobby's are always closed! The employees make you wait so they can conversate with each other and the friends they have hanging around! read moreThe restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I had heard great things about their pecan dessert but unfortunately they no longer make it. What a shame.
