The food was quite blah... my partner was watching his appetizers prepared! The person literally opened a bag of Doritos to make it! Mine was like a crowned sponge with minimal blows! Always super delicious and the owners are wonderful! Def go here for some authentic and seriously tasty food. Esquites and the churros are my favorite

This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"

"A drive through amazing location. Ritas ice is always the best thing after just about any day. With so many rotating flavors, nothing ever gets old. Large ices can have three flavors at once! The custard is just as amazing! Sugar free and dairy free are doable. The cream ices are even non dairy."
