I am a first timer to Lawsheas. I ordered the Polish Boy Beef) ... tantalizing to say the most. If I could guess it was Open Pit with duck sauce...its so Good ....

This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"
