We was the second group to enter the restaurant when they opened and was there for over an hour. We got our appetizers quickly then waited for our food for 45 minutes. Around 15 other groups came in while we waited and got their food before we did. During that time our waitress got us refills once. We sat with empty glasses and no food for way too long.
