What S likes about Mcdonald's:
They make the best shamrock shakes at this location (vs. some locations that barely even mix it). It’s nice when they’re actually well blended. Their staff is also consistently quite friendly. I can’t think of any major issues I’ve had with his location, but my one tiny pet peeve is when I pull up to the outer drive thru lane before the person who drives into the inner lane, yet the inner lane person still gets help... Great fast and friendly service like always. Very impressed by the young lady who took my order so polite and professional and as a GM of a fast food restaurant...

Nice spot for Dollar meal in an premium location. Ambience is cool and relaxed. Very Friendly staff and always greet customers. This place is always super neat.

"Wide selection of icecreams tried strawberry, turtle sundae, cotton candy and 1870 tower as they were out of pineapple and banana.. cotton candy was not good but all others were good. Nice seating indoor and outdoor for small and big groups!"

"Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"

"Really nice place and I could tell they were trying hard as new employees. Unfortunately the chicken in my bowl was dry and hard like it had been cooked at the start of the day and left in the steam tray. I would love to come back and try again once they are getting more business and things aren't sitting as long!"
