No matter what their budget is, they'll find something great to eat here. our bartender, courtney, was fantastic and attentive. the manager, josh, came in and made sure we were dealing with us. it was obvious that he and courtney were working here. ribeye steak was fantastic and the Cajun chicken pasta met the place. large selection of alcohol and a large list of designs. What User doesn't like about Miller's Ale House Columbus:
I was hopeful, but disappointed with the service and food. We showed up 90 minutes before they were closing. The staff was not very attentive, the food slapped together, and had to go and find people to get us napkins after our food arrived. We were handed and handful of silverware to pass out ourselves without napkins initially. The food was okay but we were really hungry so we ate it. read more.

"The Pesto Cesar Salad may be one of the tastiest salads I've ever had!With that being said, I was really disappointed in the customer service. My to-go order was lost and had to be re made (no big deal) but the person making it seemed to be really annoyed and threw it down and didn't put it in a bag for me. Big bummer."

"Came here for the first time with my wife for date night. The food was amazing, I had the pita bowl with chicken and it was delicious. My wife ordered the fires bowl, the gentleman behind the counter said the always make fresh fries, and dropped a batch for her order. Had I known all of this I would have ordered the same, because hers tasted better than mine. This place is amazing and taste great!"

"Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"
