What User doesn't like about Rustic Barrel Polaris:
I've taken a place. not busy, but no employee would recognize us and after 12 minutes we went out. another table was sitting. then drink food order, but we don't say anything hostess that we left because we couldn't get anyone to see us there with menus two waiters helped each other table but not even look at us. the first and last time there. read more.

The food was good and attentive. it was a slow night (new years eve) so hard to check some aspects. many tvs to see games etc.

"The Pesto Cesar Salad may be one of the tastiest salads I've ever had!With that being said, I was really disappointed in the customer service. My to-go order was lost and had to be re made (no big deal) but the person making it seemed to be really annoyed and threw it down and didn't put it in a bag for me. Big bummer."

"Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"
