I was surprised when as soon as I placed the order, it said my order was ready. That has never happened to me before. Food was freezing cold and then it was in bag with two shakes. Received notification that it was ready when we were two minutes from drive thru. No way food would have been that cold. We decided to go elsewhere when drive thru server got snarky. I'll give them one more chance someday in the future bit for right now, steak and shake is a NOPE! read more.
