large menu, disappointing direction. do not order the bucket trifle. it's a bit of peanut butter mousse, a banged pee and a few crispy cookies in a child-sized parfait cup. steak frittes was ok and on the pommes, on the steak. a good cut, but not prime. like the hot spits appetizer. short rib app fantastic bark, but strange wig gummy served with it poorer worth for the level of performance. read more.

"The Pesto Cesar Salad may be one of the tastiest salads I've ever had!With that being said, I was really disappointed in the customer service. "Came here for the first time with my wife for date night. The food was amazing, I had the pita bowl with chicken and it was delicious. My wife ordered the fires bowl, the gentleman behind the counter said the always make fresh fries, and dropped a batch for her order. "Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"
