I and my wife went there to enjoy an breakfast this morning and everything went well. the cook worked with one of the servers and I guess they forgot what they did. When I got my food, everything looked good except my speck. it was so dark, almost to the focal point. I wanted to say something, but I was done halfway away with my food when it came and I didn't want to wait until they cook more speck. So it took as a loss, I know the next time, just to let them know that the speck is dark for my taste.
Connie must be fired! connie is a very respectful individual! connie was very rude for the Mgr.Connie was extremely loud while I didn't talk to her. connie makes this place look very bad. my order did not look like I used it, so I asked the mgr, but before the mgr could come to my table, connie had much to say. connie stopped talking to the customer before her, on the hand that she was not apart. After I told connie that I didn't talk to her, she continued in an rude affair. one of the other chefs came by and helped me command, but connie continued talking about the young man. my husband told me that his reason for taking the teller into the container was because one of the chefs cursed in his explanation about my complaint. I'll reorder the plate, eat it and go. I intend to call after my name corporate on connie and the other chef. connie has caused an unnecessary scene!
It wasn't so good and thought maybe this time better, but it was worse that the place was so bad and the table wasn't clean and that eating was boiled in the old fat and terrible I wanted to go back after the last two.
Well tonight I went and got a sandwich and a plate for a friend .. they asked for bacon and sausage didn't receive the bacon. Also we're out of coke, the cook had an attitude towards the server like he already knew what to cook but yet still forgot my grilled onions and my friends bacon. I eat here all the time tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. Team work guys ... Respect each other and listen before you speak.
Workers was loud playing around with customers. One came behind one of the waitress her back was turn threw a bucket of water on the floor under her feet apparently he was going to me the floor this is were they were cooking food. The food was not great very bad experience. This only at this location.
