What User doesn't like about Zoup!:
The food is very good, BUT the front staff could use some work. I'm not sure they are aware of what professionalism is, and I was highly embarrassed for them. I had to wait 20 minutes for a half sized salad, when there were 4 people standing there, 3 of which looked extremely confused. They were also talking about another staff member, which is inappropriate in front of a customer. View all feedback.
