What User doesn't like about Ben and Sand:
The staff at this restaurant were very unprofessional and had a negative attitude. They were lazy and didn't provide adequate service, as we were seated on the top floor where they seemed to be short-staffed. The table cloths were dirty, the ceiling fans didn't work, the floors were unclean, and there were large cobwebs present. Despite the decent food, the overall atmosphere and management were disappointing. The yo... View all feedback.

First reason for 5 star Pricing is reasonableQuantity is goodQuality is superbThings should not be missed Prawns wafers, chicken or veg crispy both are good, chicken cafriel and cheese garlic naan oh God one of the best dish good stuffing of cheese and feels like eating pizza. All fish items are good and don't forget to other calamari batter fry.Avoid soups as I felt it is not up to mark and it's disappointing. Please note service is slow and be early to get seating as it gets filled up and you may not get comfortable seating
The Sea food at Ben & Sand is very tasty. Please try the Rechade Fish...yum. We ate Rechade Chonak, Rechade Mackreal, Chicken 65, Mutton Biryani and Soup and custard apple icecream. All stuff is good and at a good price.
The seafood here is impeccable and very reasonable. It is a simple and nice place to taste very high quality of 'Goan Hindu Recipes'. There is a big difference between Christian and Hindu recipes in Goan cooking. The 'masala fry' of any seafood is recommended. There are very tasty Goan curries like the prawn curry and the shark ambot tik are very like home prepared food. The place is always busy and the service is not bad for the number of tables. Reasonably priced for 'Goan' standards of seafood restaurants.
