Candlelight diner is a staple in Commack. The place is clean and well maintained. The food is good. The fresh pasta salad at the table is phenomenal. A crowd favorite. What Sandra Assa doesn't like about Candlelight Diner:
Ordered chopped steak medium rare, came out well done, sent back and then it came out raw. Which was nauseating to everyone at the table. Took home and will need to cook it, Manager came over to see how second one came out, told him it was raw and will take it home to cook. When we showed it to him he agreed it was raw and offered to get us another one, but at this point I had lost my appetite. I did take it home but... View all feedback.
