"As much as I love SoBol, never coming to this place again. I walked in and wasn?t even acknowledged. The girls behind the counter were just on their phone vídeo calling with their friends and making them an açaí bowl. Next she took my order other of her friends walked in and she made hers right away I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for my 2 regular bowls. I went to the SoBol in happauge and they were so sweet they greeted me as I came in and we?re workingreally hard. Never coming to the Islip location again. Really shows which customers are there priorities if you don?t like being ignored at a place where your paying money don?t go here."

"Service was excellent. fried calamari was meaningless. it looked out and tasted as if it came from a box from the restaurant depot freezer. there were only rings and not a body of the inkfish. lobster bisque used to have lobster pieces. there was zero. no short amount, but zero. no reason to order it. the keilsalat was the size he used to be. porterhouse for was amazing, tasty and cooked perfect. the kartoffels were perfect. coffee was also five stars. music was recommended by (saturday in the main dining room they order meat and kartoffels, cut them bill in half, and enjoy an amazing meal with experienced servers."

"Love the flavors of the ices and ice creams. The staff is really nice and they work hard. Gotta tip them. We had the specialty sundaes only once and we both thought they were way too heavy on toppings and sweet sauces and not enoughice cream... made us a little nauseous, so we'll stick to the basics. Also disappointing how some of the flavors run out, but they have so many great options that the pain doesn't last long."

"First off way over priced. Small portions and the drink machines are cleaned about once every 6 months which means caked on sour milk in the dispensers. They use tap water for the iced teas and lemonades. Kitchen was filthy, floors and refrigerator in the back we’re filthy. They freeze the left over bagels over night and would mix old tuna into the new tuna salad. It’s disgusting. The Owner is very high strung and agitated very often, could be lack of sleep or something else more personal but even at that you can’t take it out on you’re employees or customers. Anthony is very hot tempered and needs to realize he runs a small little deli that most of the town passes by anyway and isn’t a brain surgeon or building rockets for space x. Get a grip and stop using people to do work you’re too lazy to do."
