The food is consistently very good. Milanos is different from other restaurants; they don't have extra service charges and delivery is free. I think they have their own delivery driver and it makes such a big difference. Prices are competitive and their driver has always been kind and polite. View all feedback.
If you haven’t tried this restaurant yet, you should. Commack has a lot of Italian/pizza places, this one has definitely come to rank number one for my family....
