We made reservations for Valentine's Day and had a great time! Special menus, carhop service, assigned parking. The staff was amazing, friendly, and overall happy! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about White Castle Commack, Long Island:
Nothing against the restaurant, due to COVID-19 the restaurant could not do this indoors, it was almost just a drive thru experience. The wait staff was friendly and courteous. I don’t recommend doing this until they are able to sit people inside their restaurant View all feedback.

"As much as I love SoBol, never coming to this place again. I walked in and wasn?t even acknowledged. The girls behind the counter were just on their phone vídeo calling with their friends and making them an açaí bowl. Next she took my order other of her friends walked in and she made hers right away I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for my 2 regular bowls. I went to the SoBol in happauge and they were so sweet they greeted me as I came in and we?re workingreally hard. Never coming to the Islip location again. Really shows which customers are there priorities if you don?t like being ignored at a place where your paying money don?t go here."
