Very poorly managed. Not unusual to wait 10-15 mins for your order. Handed me a drink that was missing 2 ounces, asked it it would be possible to get a little bit more, 20 something year old girl with short black hair, glasses, darker complexion looked me in the eyes and said no. I said seriously? She again said NO and told me to pull forward. No lie I was the only car in line. Never going back. View all feedback.

"Update: Since my last review, I've gone back to Birdcall a few times and the food quality has increased drastically since the first time I went. The service has remained phenomenal but now that the food quality is far better, I can wholeheartedly recommend Birdcall to anyone looking for a tasty meal! Original review: Great service, very prompt curbside delivery. However, the sandwich, tots, and milkshake I got were not my favorite. I got the Nashville Hot sandwichand while it was flavorful and spicy, it just didn't feel up to par with other chicken sandwiches I've had. The tots were very salty and the milkshake was not as thick as I expected. Overall, it was a decent meal, but very average,especially for the price when compared to similar fast food options."
