I’m Islamic and I enjoy Rudy’s BBQ. They always take special care to cut my Brisket and Prime Rib on a clean cutting board with clean utensils. No discrimination, just respectful hospitality. Ive been here bfr , Food is amazing but if u getting brisket in the morning , Make Sure to ask if its yesterdays brisket they are serving , i got a 1/2 pound brisket moist bfr 10 am , and got me a dry , yesterdays brisket View all feedback.

Got the baby back and ribs, and they were just okay. Potatoe salad was delicious, coleslaw had no flavor, green chile stew was pretty good.
