I was with a group looking for a good salad as we traveled through Colorado Springs on a Sunday afternoon. From my google search, we found Salad or Bust. We were not disappointed! Only two of us had a salad, the rest of us had a vegan chili, frito pie, a club sandwich, and a pastrami sandwich. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our lunches. Had a sandwich (not a salad). The fillings in the sandwich were good. But the hoagie-like bun was basically stale. And dry. Really dry. Really detracted from the sandwich. View all feedback.
