I had heard some negative reviews about the restaurant, but I was eager to try it after learning they had a new chef. I was not disappointed! The service was extremely friendly and attentive, even though our food took a bit longer than expected. The dishes were exactly what I was looking for, and the prices were reasonable! Dining at 323 Bistro was unexpectedly delightful, especially for a restaurant located in a hotel and casino.
