Hopefully just an off day or because I didn't get there until 2:45pm. Brisket had very little smoke flavor, was extremely dry (obviously the flat is always a little dryer than the point but this was way overdone) the sausage was just typical sausage, theribs were extremely tough and had zero bark to them.
