"Good location but very bad customer service. The room does not provide any cups. When I called to request for cups and a wine bottle opener. The receptionist redirected me to the bar telephone number, which the receiver shut the phone on me. After recalling the receptionist, they requested that I were to walk down to the bar to open the wine. While I was still talking, the receptionist also shut the phone on me. Very dissatisfied on the services of the hotel"
