Called on our first day in Como for lunch, food was excellent so we decided to try for dinner the next day having being ripped off for cold food at Duomo Caffe....

The receptionist redirected me to the bar telephone number, which the receiver shut the phone on me. After recalling the receptionist, they requested that I were to walk down to the bar to open the wine. While I was still talking, the receptionist also shut the phone on me. Very dissatisfied on the services of the hotel"
