"Late lunch here yesterday with friends. The proprietor, Jesus, runs the restaurant and the front of the house while his son does the cooking, has been known to turn away patrons who don't meet his standards. We had a Spanish speaking friend call to get...us reservations. The cuisine is Spanish rather than Mexican and he offered an interesting variety of main dishes: Cassoulet of beans with five types of meat and sausages, rabbit, catfish, red snapper and pork. You choose the entree and the rest is brought to the table small plate Spanish style. I had the rabbit and it was excellent. Two of our party had the catfish and it got good marks, but the simplest dish, the cassoulet, stole the show for best entree. The small plates came out and covered the table white beans, pickled mushroom, Spanish ham, two milk cheeses and one goat cheese along with homemade breads. Another treat for the oenophiles out there is his house made tempranillo-based wine. Be polite, say thank you nave the ladies flirt just a bit with the owner. My wife called him very handsome and he glowed for the rest of the meal. Not inexpensive but worth the price for the food and the atmosphere."

"This restaurant has a DJ and if you like to blow disco music while eating as this is the restaurant for you. The food was good, but the extremely loud music was terrible and disturbed what would otherwise have been a nice meal."

"Great delicious margaritas happy hours 2 for 1 . Food is yuuuminess . Outdoor garden patio is just ahmazing and cozy. Service is friendly. This is an authentic place and was recommended by our hotel, and other locals we met and definitely was not diss appointing. Go here you will have fun!"

"This place is really cute and has a great atmosphere. My sister and I both have Celiac and we ate here each morning of our trip. At the time of our trip, they had 3 gluten free muffins: Chocolate Zucchini, Banana Cranberry Carrot. They were all great but the Chocolate Zucchini was my favorite! I was too afraid to order any other food but my sister had omelets each day and didn't get sick. She got the ones cooked and served in their own individual skillet. They do have bread here and risk of contamination definitely there so you absolutely need to communicate your food issues with the staff in order to stay safe."
