This is the best restaurant in the area and possibly on its way to a Michelin Star. The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant even grows its own herbs and vegetables. Definitely worth a visit. View all feedback.
Just a nice place with nothing to offer but high prices for average food. If you come here you'll regret it!
The restaurant was great, the staff knew that staff and were able to recommend accordingly. Also had an extensive wine selection

The kitchen seems to have several chefs working at the same time and the attention to flavor and detail is evident. Also, the wait staff is well trained for suggesting wines.
The restaurant features mainly local Portuguese recipes and dishes. They use regional products, and work with local fisherman and wineries. We were a small group and shared several typical Portuguese "petiscos" / starters. We then had the "Peixe ao Sal" (a traditional way to cook fish, using the local salt as a steamer ensuring it is cooked to perfection and maintains all the taste and nutrients) - this has to be ordered ahead of time. The decor is fabulous and the bar has fantastic cocktails. I recommend you arrive early and enjoy the sunset overlooking the beautiful gardens.
