I went to Subway for lunch today and at first I was impressed with how clean and welcoming it was. However, I noticed two unfriendly looking ladies there. I ordered a six-inch chicken teriyaki sandwich on white bread to go. My job is only two minutes away so when I opened my sandwich, I was disappointed to find that the bread was too hard and the chicken was already cold. I ate it because I was hungry, but I don't pl... This place its near work so this is the 3 rd time ordering on the app pay for extra avocado the first 2 times i was on the fwy and didn’t get chance to go back this third time still on the parking so ill go back and the workers no even apologize for that they didn’t say nothing
America and Brando are the kindest, it was near closing time and I had a huge order. Although they where already busy with an online order of 5 sandwiches they both greeted us and quickly made sure we had our food. Best customer service. Management needs to appreciate and take care of these hardworking employees. They always go above and beyond when I go to this store.
